This guidance document captures how PSI Ethiopia engaged youth as Young Designers in the Adolescent 360 program. It provides practitioners with a comprehensive list of considerations when planning for youth (including a workplan template). Emphasis on how and why it is important to involve youth in design processes is discussed in detail, along with ways to keep young designers engaged in the long-term for project success.
