This publication is useful for implementers and other stakeholders, introducing readers to a set of tested HCD concepts and tools that can be customized to the local context and integrated into programming. Second, a supplementary asset library provides resources such as editable templates and supporting visuals for select concepts. These assets are a starting point for individuals to adapt existing concepts according to the needs of the communities and stakeholders served.
