Community of Practice
Our Community is made up of individuals and organizations interested in exploring the application of human-centered design in adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health programming. Members range from experts who are actively working in design-led ASRH projects as experienced implementers, designers, evaluators, and young professionals, to those who are curious about HCD as a new approach to global health programming. The HCDExchange is open for anyone to join, and participate in as actively or passively as it serves you.

Youth Engagement
One of our community’s core principles is to ensure that our work is shaped by the lived realities of youth. Our ethos is summed up by the WHO’s Global Consensus Statement on Meaningful Adolescent and Youth Engagement, Roger Hart’s Ladder of Participation and CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality’s Flower of Participation. We are dedicated to engaging youth participants and amplifying youth voices in everything that we do.
