ASRHR insights from A360’s Kuwa Mjanja in Tanzania

Five years after the launch of its first-ever intervention aimed at increasing girls’ access to and demand for modern contraception, through country-specific interventions, A360 is closing out its inaugural intervention – Kuwa Mjanja – in Tanzania. They are therefore sharing the insights gained and applying them as it replicates the approach with the newest intervention, Bintu Shupavu in Kenya. A recent report highlights what the team has learned and how it has adapted programming to prioritize: a multi-disciplinary approach to designing adolescent health solutions; humanizing data to support rapid course correction while keeping youth at the center and; supporting girls to achieve their goals without fear of stigma.
