July 1, 2020

HCD has the potential to improve HIV programs for adolescents by tailoring strategies to their specific needs and pain points. On July 1, 2020, the HCDExhange convened a panel to explore the ways that HCD has improved HIV prevention, care, and treatment outcomes for adolescents in different contexts within sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Asia.

The participants reflected on the use and benefits of HCD methods in the global HIV responses, and discussed ways to close programmatic gaps.
