Scope of work
Content Creation and engagement: Develop/ rewrite/ customize creative and engaging copy for various educational and training materials, including but not limited to flipcharts (an IEC material designed for nurses to conduct healthcare sessions in wards), takeaways, posters, banners, brochures, pamphlets, IVRs, online and offline campaigns collateral in Punjabi. In addition, the candidate should have experience conceptualizing and writing content for standard and rich media creatives. Enhance user experience through creative solutions for our RES service
Brand Messaging: Understand the brand’s voice, tone, and values, and ensure consistency across all written communications. Craft persuasive messages that effectively communicate the brand’s unique selling propositions and differentiate it from competitors
Target Audience Analysis: Conduct field research to gain insights into the target audience’s demographics, psychographics, preferences, and pain points in Punjab. Tailor existing messaging to resonate with the audience and drive desired actions
Concept Development: Assist the HC team in developing innovative concepts and ideas for the upcoming projects in Punjab. Take lead to conduct concept testing with the target audience in Punjab. Brainstorm and participate in creative discussions to generate impactful and memorable content
