PMNCH is seeking the services of an experienced consultant or group of consultants to carry out an external evaluation of its current 2021-25 Strategy. The external evaluation is expected to be a ‘forward-looking’ evaluation, whose focus will be to extract lessons of what has worked well and what could be improved going forward as the basis of developing the next strategy.
