Social and Behavior Change Consultant (International)

Qualifications

Familiarity with best practices in behavior change communication, community mobilization, AAP, and hygiene promotion interventions.At least 8 years of professional experience and advanced degree in the field of Social Behavior Sciences, particularly Sanitation & Hygiene Promotion in the developing countries, WASH, Public Health, or related field.

Behavioral Science Consultant, Immunization

CHAI was founded in 2002 with a transformational goal: help save the lives of millions of people living with HIV/AIDS. Today, we support government priorities across many areas, including other infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, women and children’s health, health workforce and financing, assistive technologies for disabilities, and the intersection of climate and health.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioural sciences, or related fields like psychology, sociology, anthropology, public health, or another related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in applied research, with a focus on user experience and public health.Support the program team in designing methods for behavioural research and conducting studies. They will be responsible for identifying sample size, designing questionnaire, data collection techniques, training of the investigators, and all the other aspects of research.
Establishing feedback loops to ensure that information generated from the users is continuously incorporated into the intervention design.

SRH/GBV User-Centered Design Storytelling Consultant

Job Requirements:

Explicit User-Centered Design project leadership for non-digital work
Led non-digital prototyping development and testing.
At least 4 projects conducted client-facing work in rural contexts.
At least 3 examples of successfully leading projects focused on women’s wellbeing.
At least 2 projects focused on women and girls in rural settings.
Experience on projects for clients with low numeracy and literacy
Experience with sexual and reproductive health and/ or GBV is desired.

Oxfam Young Leaders Fellowship

Oxfam in Asia and Asia Centre are thrilled to announce the 2nd Cohort of the Oxfam Young Leaders Fellowship Programme in Asia. This transformative initiative aims to equip the selected group of young leaders with tools, skills, knowledge and networks to drive positive change in their communities. Through close mentorship and hands-on practice, this initiative offers an invaluable opportunity for the fellows to strengthen their capacity to make social change happen and sustain.

Women Deliver Emerging Leaders for Change East Africa Cohort

The Women Deliver Emerging Leaders for Change Program is a two-year leadership program that supports passionate young activists with the resources, platforms, connections, and trainings necessary to amplify and achieve their advocacy goals. Women Deliver, with its strong commitment to both gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), has a strong history of equitable youth engagement and co-leadership.

The Emerging Leaders Program is a focused, well-resourced, thematically-bound program that will co-create each Emerging Leader’s advocacy journey with them. It is the result of us:

  • Taking stock of a decade’s worth of lessons learned
  • Reflecting on our own transformation as an organization
  • Conducting numerous consultations with youth and partners in the field

Women Deliver will work with each Emerging Leader on developing their journey with flexible funding, support, trainings, and resources.

Call for expression of Interest: Addressing neglected areas of sexual and reproductive health and rights in sub-Saharan Africa

The ANSRHRA Initiative will prioritize projects that address the following five priority areas of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR):  improving access to family planning and contraceptive services expanding access to safe abortion where legally permitted and post-abortion care upholding SRHR rights and ensuring access to services for adolescents  preventing and improving services for people experiencing sexual and gender-based violence strengthening advocacy for SRHR Successful projects will address at least one of these priority areas of SRHR.
