Rimjhim

Rimjhim currently works as a Sr HCD Designer at the HCDExchange. She has close to a decade of experience in using design thinking to address complex challenges for positive social impact. While her expertise lies in HCD, her approach to design is fluid and she is driven to explore how different design processes and methods can be integrated to address challenges in a more contextually relevant manner. She has also worked as a communication strategist in the social sector and enjoys visual design and writing. Over the years, her interest in gender specific issues has led her to work in design-driven projects across sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), education, livelihoods, and financial inclusion. More recently she has had the opportunity to engage with projects that explore the future of digital interventions across different domains. Rimjhim holds a Masters of Research in Design from the Royal College of Art, London.
