As a social scientist, Joan has 35 years of consumer, member and patient experience in the health and wellness and served as Chief Experience Officer at Yale New Haven Health System and NYU Langone Health. She drove innovation and experience design with Humana, Virgin Pulse, and Disney, bringing great consumer experience ideas to fruition through the alignment of ideas, people, and processes.
