| Short Bio | I am a UX Researcher and HCD consultant with an MSc in Global Health Research and four years of experience in the research sector, as well as 3 years of experience in the design and art sectors. In my most current roles I have worked as UX researcher with the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp and the Athena Institute in Amsterdam, conducting user-research to improve human-centered service design and accessibility to sexual and reproductive health services for survivors of gender based violence and adolescents/young people. I have experience collaborating, co-creating and designing research agendas, ideating solutions and prototyping service and product designs with a wide array of stakeholders, including governments, NGO’s and private sector, as well as working with vulnerable and marginalized populations. |
