Calling Young Designers: Get a Crash Course on HCD in ASRH

July 19, 2021

August 12 is International Youth Day and the HCDExchange is celebrating it all month long with a series of youth focused events.

We will kick the month off with part two of last month’s community conversation where we began to co-create a statement on Meaningful Youth Engagement in ASRH. In this follow up conversation, we will collectively validate the draft statement and contribute to the final fieldwide statement.

The Meaningful Youth Engagement conversation will be followed by a series of three interactive design workshops aimed at exploring how to use HCD and design thinking to improve Awareness, Access and Advocacy in ASRH.

These sessions are designed for young practitioners (ASRH project staff, youth advocates, emerging designers, etc.) who are looking for more experience in HCD and design thinking. If you are a youth ally please share in your networks!
