The Sweet Spot for Scaling

Join Spring Impact and HCDExchange for the second part of our series on scaling up HCD solutions. This session will be an interactive skills-building session providing practical tips, exercises, and tools to help practitioners build skills in designing scalable HCD solutions and bringing in the lens of sustainability from the start. 

During the session, you’ll walk through key frameworks and exercises, and apply them to your solutions so that you’re prepared to scale sustainably and validate your plans and ideas through real-world testing. This session will be delivered by Spring Impact’s Nora Dettor, Director of Capacity Building, and Alice Metcalf, Senior Consultant.
