Swarali Pandare 

Learning Design Associate

Swarali Pandare is a young designer from India, currently working as a User Researcher at Futuristic Labs, a start-up on a quest to solve cooking, where she plans and conducts research, serving as the voice of the user within the company. Having recently graduated with a Bachelors in Design from NIFT Mumbai, she aspires to use design thinking and futures thinking to help uplift marginalized communities.

Feddy Collins Ongola Otieno

AYSRH Learning Associate

Ongola is a youth leader and champion for AYSRH and rights. He works at Population Services Kenya/ A360 as a county coordinator. He specializes in human centered design and behavior change communication strategies for programs targeting adolescents and young people. He is an alumnus of Kenyatta University holding a BSc.in Environmental health and he is currently a Masters of Public Health Student.  

Victoria Quaynor

Networking & Outreach Associate

 

Victoria Quaynor is a youth activist with a focus on children and  youth- friendly policies, grassroot mobilization, youth engagement and advocacy.  Victoria is passionate about ASRH and rights with a keen interest in how girls can  make healthy and informed decisions about their lives and bodies. Previously, she was a part of  the Youth Leaders Fellow -UNFPA Ghana 2021, Generations Unlimited Youth Representative -2020 and Global Changemaker – 2019 initiatives.  She is a graduate of the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

Heran Birhanu

Community Engagement Associate

 

Heran Birhanu is a young human-centered design thinker and practitioner based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Heran is passionate about gender transformative AYSRH interventions that benefit girls and young women in low-resource settings. Heran’s professional HCD journey began as a young designer at PSI Ethiopia where in addition to design, she represented youth perspective and advocated for meaningful youth engagement. Since then, Heran has continued to serve as a member of the AYSRH design team. Heran also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Addis Ababa University.
