Beatrice Nguo

Beatrice is an enthusiastic Program Manager dedicated to building and coordinating highly effective programs that bring lasting positive change to communities. A methodical individual who effectively manages, coordinates and facilitates projects implementation to ensure that each project meets its deadline effectively. She enjoys working with communities towards solutions to problems that face them.

Beatrice has vast experience in the development sector – in sexual and reproductive Health Rights, knowledge management, women’s rights and people management for over 18 years. She managed an Adolescent girls and young women project in Sexual and Reproductive health, coordinated partners in over 40 African countries in SRHR projects, coordinated a team of over 10 Technical Advisors in effective programs delivery and worked with a committee of Executive Directors from the partner organisation.

She is passionate about people management. She likes understanding people and why they do what they do. Beatrice enjoys bringing teams together towards achievement of set objectives. She likes to see people happy even as they work towards a goal. Beatrice holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology – community development and a Master of Science degree in human resource management, and her hobbies are travelling, community service and cooking.
