The HCDExchange joins the world in commemorating International Youth Day on August 12, 2020 through events to elevate youth agency in sexual health in line with the UN’s theme of “Youth engagement for global action.” In virtual consultation with key constituents in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, the Youth Leadership Hub (YLH) will host a series of activities aimed at overcoming the global challenge of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) through youth-powered design. This will include plenary sessions; HCDExchange asset-sharing; launches of the Youth Champion Award, HCDExchange mini-grant challenge, and the HCD/ASRH fellowship program; and a virtual concert.
