Gabriel Mutua is the Programs Analyst at HCDExchange, focusing on creating a supportive infrastructure through collaborative practices and technology tools to catalyze productivity in the team and community. He also provides executive support.
As an enterprising, agile, and open-to-learning creative, Gabriel has previously held various program management and advocacy roles with Development Dynamics Consultancy, United Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA), Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and I Choose Life – Africa. In these roles, over the course of the last five years, Gabriel has designed, executed, and supported the impact measurement for projects and campaigns mostly focused on global adolescent health and youth development.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Masinde Muliro University of Technology in Kenya. He is also certified in Human-Centered Design by Acumen and several professional development courses in health and leadership from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
